The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, providing excellent customer service. They went out of their way to make sure our needs were met, even offering medicine and tea when my husband had stomach problems. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access food, shopping, and attractions. Another highlight was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of food options to choose from, allowing us to try something different each morning.
There were a couple of things that could be improved. the internet connection was slow and unreliable during the first few days of our stay, although it did improve later on.

During my new year's stay, there were a couple of complementary facts that were excellent like the welcome drink and the fruits in the room. The location was convenient, and it was easy to find good restaurants and shops near the hotel. the beds were comfortable, and I had a good night’s sleep.
The worst aspect of my stay was that the room was cramped for the price, and it made me feel claustrophobic. the breakfast was not impressive and there were not many options available.

My partner and I recently went on a romantic escape. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. We enjoyed the variety of options offered for breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and pastries. The hotel was located in a convenient location, close to many shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering suggestions for places to visit and providing excellent service.
Our experience was not completely positive. The air conditioning in our room was loud and kept us awake at night.
